Prints and books will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Method of shipment is air mail through the Australian postal service. Orders should be received within five to ten days from the date of placing the order. Shipments to remote areas may take longer. A door to door, express service is also available. All shipments are insured and will require acknowledgement of receipt. Please notify us if your order has not been received within fourteen days from the date of placement. We will either track the shipment and advise when it is due to arrive or send a replacement print. Payment of any local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
